The Warehouse

The current range includes over 110,000 part references compatible with Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, Penta, and SDLG. The Factory – Konya

SRP’s manufacturing facility in Konya, Turkey, plays a central role in the company’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality aftermarket components. The manufacturing process begins with detailed research and reverse engineering to accurately replicate functional and dimensional requirements.

Depending on the component type and application, production methods may include casting or forging, followed by precision machining and finishing. Engineering specifications are continuously reviewed and refined using feedback from experienced partners and customers to improve durability, performance, and service life.

Each stage of manufacturing is carefully monitored to ensure compliance with predefined technical standards. Process controls, inspections, and documented checks are applied throughout production to reduce variation and maintain consistent output across batches.
